Job Description

A great new opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer to join us at a well-established firm. You will look after a small team and be a key fee earner in the overall property department. The work is varied and high quality. Instructions come from the firms’ long standing, local clients.Key requirements of the role:

  • Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
  • Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently and taking all cases from instruction through to completion.
  • Experience looking after junior staff members, managing their time and mentoring them.
  • To be considered for this role you must be an experienced conveyancer. It is not essential but preferred if you have qualified as Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
