Senior Associate Employment law role in London. My Client is seeking an Employment Solicitor of around 7 years PQE upwards to join the team. The Employment Team currently consists of two Partners, one Associate and a Paralegal, with plans to grow. They act for both employers and senior executives in contentious and non-contentious matters, and provide corporate support to a busy M&A team.

Their clients range from Fortune 500 companies to Premier League football clubs to large family-owned property groups to entrepreneurial businesses in a range of business sectors. They are ranked by the Legal 500 for their advice both to employers and senior executives.

This is a great opportunity in an expanding team and hybrid working is available. You also benefit from a much lower billable hours target here compared to other London Law firms; this role really does offer a good work/life balance whilst still undertaking great quality work.
