Senior Associate Commercial & Finance Litigation role in London. Legal 500 law firm.

This role combines general commercial litigation - shareholder disputes, professional negligence, contracts disputes, insolvency disputes, joint venture disputes etc; along with Banking and Financial Services Litigation - mis-selling, misconduct, misrepresentation, deceit, fraud, breach of duty, contractual interpretation, breach of transactional documentation claims and contentious restructurings and structured finance disputes etc.

The team advises on complex corporate/commercial disputes with experience in all principal divisions of the English courts as well as advising private equity, hedge fund, corporate and high net worth individual clients in relation to complex, high value disputes involving banks and financial institutions.

As well as carrying a caseload, you will also assist the Partners with the supervision and development of the Commercial Litigation Team’s Paralegals, Trainee Solicitors and Associates. You should have strong academics and excellent technical ability, preferably with experience gained at a leading City/national/regional/US type firm. Hybrid working is available as well as a bonus scheme.
