Candidate Requirements:
- Ideally Solicitor or Legal Executive qualified (not essential)
- 3+ years’ experience managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
- Strong knowledge of title complexities and ability to manage cases of varying difficulty
- Proven ability to handle a full caseload of conveyancing files with minimal supervision
