RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / SOLICITOR
LEIGH-ON-SEA, ESSEX
£30,000 – £45,000
QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Leigh-On-Sea, Essex.
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years.
The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
They’re offering 2-3 days from home, a bonus, flexi hours, parking, focus on training and support, a large team of over 15+ people with mixed abilities, a nice relaxed environment, good culture, good retention rates, and will fund qualifications if interested.
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
