Job Description Legal Secretary – Private Client Full Time | Permanent | Salary Dependent on Experience An established and highly regarded multi-office law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team in Clitheroe. Working closely with fee earners within the Private Client department, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support, helping to ensure matters are managed efficiently and clients receive an excellent level of service. Audio typing and preparation of correspondence and legal documents Handling telephone calls and meeting clients in a professional and friendly manner Maintaining accurate filing and document management systems Assisting and providing guidance to junior or temporary secretarial staff Undertaking relevant training and contributing to ongoing professional development The successful candidate will ideally have previous Legal Secretary or Legal PA experience, with experience within Private Client, Wills, Probate, Trusts or Lasting Powers of Attorney particularly advantageous. You will be organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload, with strong audio typing and Microsoft Office skills.
