Role: You will handle a varied family caseload incorporating both private and publicly funded work, with the opportunity to develop your own areas of expertise. The caseload can include:

- Public law children work and care proceedings
- Legal Aid matters
Requirements: The firm is open to Family Solicitors at different stages of their careers, they have a small team which you can join as a fee earner or be Head Of. The department is not desperately in need of leadership but the right individual could certainly take on this responsibility. You should have solid experience in family law and be confident dealing with clients and managing your own caseload. Legal Aid experience and child law experience is essential.
