The role
You will handle a broad range of residential property transactions including:
- Sales, purchases and remortgages
- Freehold and leasehold matters
- Shared ownership and new build work
- Acting for both individuals and lenders
You will be given plenty of independence and responsibility from the outset, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision while contributing to a close, friendly and professional team.
About you
- Experience in residential conveyancing
- Confident, organised and self motivated
- Able to manage a full caseload with attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Some experience in new build work would be helpful
- An interest in business development or building client relationships would be an advantage
