The role

You will handle a broad range of residential property transactions including:

  • Sales, purchases and remortgages
  • Freehold and leasehold matters
  • Shared ownership and new build work
  • Acting for both individuals and lenders

You will be given plenty of independence and responsibility from the outset, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision while contributing to a close, friendly and professional team.

About you

  • Experience in residential conveyancing
  • Confident, organised and self motivated
  • Able to manage a full caseload with attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Some experience in new build work would be helpful
  • An interest in business development or building client relationships would be an advantage
