The Role
- Supporting conveyancers with residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Preparing contract packs and drafting standard correspondence
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Liaising with clients, lenders and estate agents
- Managing file progression and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with post-completion formalities and Land Registry submissions
