My well respected client is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Residential Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded and award-winning residential property team based in their Raynes Park Office.

This opportunity is open to candidates looking for either full-time or part-time positions and requires a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of property transactions
  • Maintain client files and documents through effective use of case management systems.
  • Deliver excellent client care, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Achieve billing targets in line with agreed objectives.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the team’s development.

Skills and Experience Required:
