The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

I am working on a new opportunity to support the Head of Real Estate on residential conveyancing matters in London.
Your duties will include managing property transactions from start to finish across freehold, leasehold, new build, grant of lease, lease extensions, remortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership with minimal supervision.
You will also raise comprehensive enquiries to secure your clients best interests in complex transactions; ensure requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 are met (if applicable); draft all conveyancing documents as necessary and attend to all post completion matters (including notice of assignment and mortgages, AP1s, Stamp Duty, and requisitions).
You should have at least 2 years experience of working as a fee-earning Paralegal / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer in order to be eligible for this position.
There may be some opportunity to work from home one or 2 days a week.
Hours are 9.30am-5,30pm with 25 days holiday.
