A well-established, well-respected Yorkshire firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Skipton. The role would suit a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or someone without the formal qualifications who is self-sufficient/confident. The caseload is high quality rather than high quantity, as the firm believes in client care rather than huge amounts of completions per month with unmanageable caseloads. You can expect to work on a caseload of files including sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity. There is minimal New Build work. The firm do a lot to ensure that they can offer a good work/life balance to its legal professionals and cater to all sorts of working arrangements including being able to offer different hours in the summer holidays if you\βre struggling with childcare. On top of this, there are no hard targets! Of course, the firm has financial targets to meet but you aren\βt hit over the head with it.
