I am currently working with a long established and well regarded regional law firm, who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Property team in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and approachable firm with a strong presence across the Midlands, offering high quality residential conveyancing work, genuine career progression, and a positive working environment.

The successful candidate will handle their own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Buy to let matters

The firm are open to hearing from:

  • Solicitors
  • Chartered Legal Executives
  • Licensed Conveyancers
  • Experienced non-qualified Conveyancers

You will:

  • Have experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent client care and communication skills
  • Be organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
