A leading firm in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a residential conveyancer to join its growing team. The firm is well established in the area and has a strong caseload for a conveyancer to join. This role is suited to someone who has 2+ years of PQE.
You would be working on a range of conveyancing matters such as buying & selling freeholds and leaseholds, remortgages, buy to let and unregistered land. They are looking for someone who can take on these matters independently but in the role you also will be working with the team of paralegals as well as other solicitors.
The firm has an active caseload which is a mixture of high end properties to more traditional conveyancing matters. You would be joining a friendly and supportive team that is led by a partner who has over 30 years experience and acts on a range of complex matters, so there is a high ceiling for development with this role.
They are looking for someone proactive who wants to progress within the firm. They have a clear cut pathway to progression and they are known for the support and development in their staff.
