Are you looking to join a team where tradition meets progress — and where your expertise can truly make an impact?

The role involves managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, and adverse possession claims. You will progress client work efficiently and keep clients updated throughout the transaction, ensure compliance with quality and case management standards, including CQS requirements, engage in networking to build professional relationships and raise the department’s profile, and use the firm’s case management system accurately and consistently.

You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
  • Proven experience handling a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage workload independently while contributing positively to the wider team
  • Proactive, dependable and client-focused
