The role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, and adverse possession claims.
- Maintain consistent client communication and ensure smooth progression of matters.
- Work to high standards in line with CQS and Law Society compliance requirements.
- Support departmental initiatives including marketing and local networking.
- Contribute to business development activities and the continued success of the Ashby office.
- Use the firm’s case management system diligently and effectively.
You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
- Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Confident communicator with exceptional client service skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit, supportive team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality results.
