You’ll join a thriving Residential Property team that is continuing to expand its reach and capability. Managing your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, you’ll handle a broad mix of transactions while delivering a consistently high standard of client care. This role goes beyond day-to-day case handling. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and introducers, confidently respond to technical queries, and ensure communication is clear, proactive and reassuring throughout the process. There’s also a real opportunity to contribute to the wider team—supporting and mentoring junior colleagues while playing a part in shaping the department’s future.
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with proven experience across residential property matters and a strong understanding of conveyancing processes. You’re highly organised, detail-focused and take pride in delivering excellent client service. A confident communicator, you build trust easily and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
