The Role Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Deal with a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed throughout their transaction. Deal with enquiries, searches, title issues and contractual documentation. Liaise with estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors. Progress matters efficiently and proactively. Identify and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures. Work independently while remaining connected to a wider property team. Contribute to maintaining high standards of client service. What would your ideal working week look like if you could manage your own caseload without the daily commute?
