Junior Real Estate Solicitor Opportunity – ManchesterAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Junior Real Estate Solicitor, Commercial Property Solicitor or Property Lawyer to join a modern, ambitious law firm in the heart of Manchester's Spinningfields district.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1+ years' PQE looking to develop their expertise within a highly regarded Real Estate team, working alongside experienced lawyers on a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload.

The Role

You’ll manage your own files while receiving ongoing support and mentoring from a highly experienced senior solicitor. The work is varied, interesting and commercially focused, including:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial development transactions
  • Land acquisitions and site assembly
  • Development projects
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leases
  • Property finance transactions
  • Portfolio management
  • General commercial real estate work for a broad client base

From day one, you’ll inherit an active caseload and have genuine responsibility, allowing you to continue developing your technical expertise while building strong client relationships.

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Approximately 1-3 years' PQE in Real Estate or Commercial Property
  • Experience handling commercial property transactions with appropriate supervision
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
  • Ambition to develop your career within a growing team
