An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established real estate law firm for a senior solicitor to join their growing team.
This is a chance to work on a diverse range of property finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers. The caseload includes investment properties, HMO’s, mixed-use developments, office-to-residential conversions, new-builds and auctions. You will have direct exposure to investment companies with substantial property portfolios, banks, bridging finance providers and specialist lenders, while also working closely with industry brokers and building your professional network.
You will be part of a collaborative and well-resourced team where people are passionate about delivering excellent client service.
