Real Estate EA role in London at a leading Legal 500 firm. 12 month maternity cover.
You will support a Consultant and 2 Partners. Your role will involve:
- Taking full ownership of diaries
- Managing inboxes and responding to emails on their behalf
- Handling complex compliance and billing matters
- Attending meetings and taking minutes if required
- Arranging travel requirements
As well as a minimum of 3 years Real Estate EA experience at a leading law firm, you should ideally also have experience of scheduling international meetings, as the Consultant travels abroad 3/4 times a year for meetings in different time zones that will all need to be arranged.
This role is hybrid, and you can work from home 2 days a week after the 1st 4 weeks.
