Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / FCILEX / Licensed Conveyancer | Established Thames Valley Firm | Reading A well established and highly respected Thames Valley law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Property team in Reading.

With offices across Berkshire, the firm has built an outstanding reputation for combining high quality legal advice with a genuinely personal service.

It enjoys longstanding relationships with individuals, families and businesses throughout the region and is known for its collaborative culture, excellent staff retention and commitment to developing its lawyers.

The Opportunity You will manage your own busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post completion, advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and other residential transactions.

Alongside your fee earning responsibilities, you will work closely with colleagues across the wider Property team, helping to maintain the firm's exceptional client service standards.

You will also be encouraged to build relationships with local agents, introducers and professional contacts, playing an active role in business development and helping to strengthen the firm's already excellent reputation across Berkshire.

About You You will be a Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with around 3 years' PQE and experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.

You will also demonstrate: Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Excellent communication and client care skills.

A proactive and commercially aware approach.

The ability to work autonomously while thriving within a collaborative team.

An interest in networking and developing long term professional relationships.
