A high-quality, 200 year old law firm in Otley are looking to add a 6 PQE residential property solicitor/legal exec to their team – the existing HOD plans to retire in the next few years and is now working part time so it\’s time for someone to step into her shoes. The property team are all about quality with each fee earner opening 15 matters a month and each fee earner has secretarial support. This team are well respected in the Wharfe Valley region and most of the work is repeat business/legacy clients. For this firm, it\’s important that the same Solicitor/Legal Exec stays with the same file throughout the process and the clients appreciate this and pay for this service, again, all about the quality of service for the client. Within the team already there are two other full time solicitors to manage (one who is 4 PQE and the other 1 PQE) and there are two commercial property partners who handle the HNW transactions – the idea is that this new hire will now handle the HNW transactions. Hybrid working is available, though the preference is for someone to be in the office more than not due to the management side element of the role.
