You’ll join a collaborative Residential and Commercial Property team that combines quality work with a supportive and forward‑thinking culture. The role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload of non‑contentious property matters, primarily residential, with scope to take on commercial work if desired. This role is more suited to a junior Solicitor who is looking to join a firm that is focussed on development and support. Key Responsibilities- Manage a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and a trusted referral network
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
- Support, mentor, and collaborate with junior team members
- Work efficiently within a case management system, meeting agreed targets
- Strong residential property experience
- Experience of commercial property work (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Confident in managing competing priorities and deadlines
- IT‑literate and comfortable working with case management systems
