QED Legal's client is looking to appoint a Property Solicitor to join its expanding Yorkshire property team.
This is a genuinely varied role, combining high-net-worth residential conveyancing with land acquisitions, disposals and development-related property work.
It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of property law and wants to broaden their expertise beyond a traditional conveyancing caseload.
Working alongside experienced property specialists, you'll manage your own matters while also supporting on more complex transactions, giving you exposure to a diverse client base that includes private individuals, landowners, developers and investors.
You'll be involved in: Managing a caseload of high-value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Advising on land acquisitions, disposals and development land transactions.
