A Top 100 & Legal 500 listed commercial law firm are looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to their property litigation team in Manchester. This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally 3 - 5 PQE) to join one of the region's leading commercial firms that has a national presence.
You will be working as part of a close-knit team that shares work from across the UK, with an emphasis on high quality & complex work with a national client base and dealing with complex property litigation transactions. There is a clear team structure in place, and you will be working in a team of Associates, Senior Associates & Partners with the chance to progress your career.
This position is to deal with a broad mix of landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and property damage claims. The client base is second to none, and you will be dealing with a stellar client base from across the UK. You will also be working closely with some L500 listed Partners and be offered exceptional training, whilst gaining exposure to highly complex work.
Salary will be in the range of £60,000 - £65,000 for this role. Other benefits include generous holidays & pension, hybrid working, healthcare, gym membership contribution and much more.
