QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate-level lawyer looking to work on high-quality property disputes while playing a key role in the continued growth and development of an established and well-respected team.
You will advise a diverse client base including commercial landlords, occupiers, investors, developers, landowners, and corporate clients on a broad range of contentious property matters. The role offers exposure to complex and high-value disputes, significant client contact, and the opportunity to contribute strategically to the future growth of the department.
This position would suit an ambitious lawyer who enjoys combining technical excellence with client relationship management, mentoring junior colleagues, and business development activity.
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals and contested lease matters
- Dilapidations claims
- Easement and rights of way disputes
- Adverse possession claims
- Boundary and land ownership disputes

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5–8 years' PQE in Property Litigation
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of contentious property matters
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
- Interest in business development and helping to grow a successful practice
- Ability to manage complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
