I am working on an exclusive, confidential basis with a long established, highly respected firm that is ranked in the Legal 500 for Property Litigation. The practice has a strong reputation across both contentious and non-contentious property, supported by a substantial commercial property department handling significant transactions. Their litigation team is equally well regarded and consistently busy with a steady flow of new instructions.

The role offers a broad and high quality caseload acting for commercial landlords, property owners, Managing Agents and RTM companies. The work is genuinely varied, spanning service charge disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, trespass, rights of light, fire safety issues and more. Much of the work involves acting opposite larger West End and City firms, and the team is known for matching this level of quality.

You will be joining a well structured practice with a strong property litigation offering.
