A well-regarded law firm in Littlehampton is seeking a Property Assistant to support their busy Residential and Commercial Property teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with property experience to develop their skills within a friendly, supportive, and professional environment.
The Role
- Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support, including audio typing, diary management, and file organisation
- Drafting and preparing a range of legal documents and standard forms
- Managing client communication, responding to enquiries, and maintaining regular contact throughout transactions
- Conducting searches, preparing completion packs, and assisting with post-completion work
- Liaising with solicitors, agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective file management in line with compliance requirements

- Previous experience supporting residential and/or commercial property work
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
