We are a well regarded North London firm seeking an experienced Private Wealth Solicitor to join our growing team. The firm advises a broad range of private clients on complex wealth and estate planning matters. It offers a flexible, people‑focused environment where autonomy, trust and work‑life balance are central.

This is a full‑time, permanent role with hybrid working as standard. The firm is open to conversations around salary and will consider alternative arrangements for working hours. You will handle a broad range of private client matters, advising a varied portfolio of clients including high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners.

Your work will include:

  • Drafting wills and advising on succession planning
  • Probate and estate administration, including complex and high‑value estates
  • Trust creation, administration and restructuring
  • Tax and estate planning for UK and international clients
  • Powers of attorney and related matters (Optional)
  • Deputyship and Court of Protection work

You will manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, working collaboratively within a friendly, experienced and dynamic team.

About You

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private client or private wealth work
  • Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts and estate administration
  • A confident communicator with excellent client handling skills
  • Commercially astute, proactive and able to develop trusted long‑term relationships
  • STEP qualification or a commitment to working towards it would be advantageous
  • Experience in deputyship and Court of Protection work is beneficial but not essential
