The Role The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of private client matters, including: Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney Probate Tax planning Trust administration work Court of Protection Alongside managing your own caseload, you will: Provide technical support and guidance to junior members of the team.

Provide supervision, development and mentoring of colleagues.

Play a key role in the strategic development of the department.

Build and strengthen relationships with existing referrers and professional contacts.

Actively contribute to business development, networking and marketing initiatives.

Help raise the profile of both the department and the firm across local communities and professional networks.

The Candidate To succeed in this role, you will: Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5 years' PQE in Private Client law .

Have extensive experience advising clients across a broad range of private client matters.

Demonstrate strong technical expertise, particularly in complex estate and tax planning matters.

Have experience supervising or mentoring junior fee earners.

Possess excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Be commercially aware, with a proven ability to develop business opportunities.

Be proactive, collaborative and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
