The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Derby, where you’ll manage a varied and fulfilling caseload. You’ll be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with room to grow and make your mark.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning
- Preparing and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Administering estates, including inheritance tax and grant applications
- Handling Deputyship applications
- Managing the affairs of elderly and vulnerable clients
- Building lasting client relationships based on trust and empathy
- Contributing to the development and success of the team
You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with at least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client work, looking for a role where your knowledge, compassion, and initiative will be truly valued.
