A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a busy and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting fee earners with a range of Private Client matters and be trusted with a high level of responsibility from day one.
- Assist with the preparation of Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration matters
- Draft legal documentation under supervision
- Liaise with clients, providing clear updates and information
- Manage diaries, appointments and document filing
- Assist with the preparation of bundles and other paperwork
- Conduct legal research and support fee earners in complex matters
- Handle general administration related to client files
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records using the firm’s case management system
The ideal candidate will be an organised and confident individual with experience in a Private Client team.
- Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Private Client law
- Strong understanding of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and estate administration processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident dealing with clients in sensitive or emotional situations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
- Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems
- Proactive, organised, and able to work well under pressure
- A friendly, team-focused attitude
