The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected Probate, Wills and Trusts department as a Legal Assistant. You’ll support a busy team working on sensitive and important matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with a variety of private client matters, including wills, probate applications, and powers of attorney
- Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client communications efficiently and professionally
- Helping with the administration of estates and trusts
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and calendar management
- Supporting the team to deliver exceptional service to clients
You
Private client experience is preferred. You will be:
- Highly organised, with strong administrative and multitasking skills
- An excellent communicator with a professional approach
- Proactive and reliable, capable of working both independently and within a team
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with legal case management systems
- Dedicated to delivering excellent client service
