Legal Assistant – Probate, Wills & Trusts
Location: Leicester 
£23,500 to £28,000

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected Probate, Wills and Trusts department as a Legal Assistant. You’ll support a busy team working on sensitive and important matters. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with a variety of private client matters, including wills, probate applications, and powers of attorney
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing client communications efficiently and professionally
  • Helping with the administration of estates and trusts
  • Maintaining accurate records, files, and calendar management
  • Supporting the team to deliver exceptional service to clients
You
Private client experience is preferred. You will be:
  • Highly organised, with strong administrative and multitasking skills
  • An excellent communicator with a professional approach
  • Proactive and reliable, capable of working both independently and within a team
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with legal case management systems
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent client service
