This isn't just another Private Client role; it's an opportunity to make a genuine impact and play an integral part in the continued success of a growing and ambitious team within a firm that truly puts its people first. Over the last seven years, this firm has enjoyed impressive growth and has built a culture centred around investing in its people. They understand that when individuals feel valued, supported and respected, they are more engaged, motivated and able to perform at their best. As a result, they have created an environment where talented lawyers can thrive and build long-term careers.

I'm keen to speak with Private Client Solicitors who are passionate about the work they do, committed to delivering exceptional client service and who enjoy supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues. This is a role for someone who wants to contribute not only to the success of their clients but also to the development of those around them.

You will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries and Trusts. You should have a strong technical grounding, ideally with a minimum of four years' experience, and be comfortable dealing with more complex matters. Working closely with Partners and other senior members of the team, you will also play a key role in the ongoing development of processes, client relationships and business development initiatives.

The firm offers a genuine platform for progression, including a fast-track route for high performers who are looking to accelerate their careers. Ongoing professional development is actively encouraged, and you'll be given the support and opportunities needed to reach your full potential. A competitive salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience is on offer, together with an excellent benefits package.

In short, this is a firm that is serious about the law, serious about delivering outstanding client service and, most importantly, serious about its people.
