We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Legal Secretary to join a friendly and busy Criminal Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, forward-thinking legal practice with a strong reputation in criminal law.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the Criminal Department, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support
- Audio typing with speed and accuracy
- Managing team diaries and scheduling appointments
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and police
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player committed to delivering outstanding service
- Experienced in diary management and prioritisation
