Job Description
I'm working exclusively with a leading Top 100 national law firm to recruit a Plot Sales Solicitor or Legal Executive into their North West London office. Known for their strength in real estate and development work, this firm offers a collaborative and supportive team environment, strong national presence, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.You’ll be joining a well-established Plot Sales team that acts for national developers on complex residential developments and mixed-use schemes. The team prides itself on providing clear, strategic advice from inception through to post-completion.What you’ll have access to:
- Managing the full lifecycle of plot sales transactions
- Drafting and advising on Deeds of Easement (rights of way, sewerage, substations)
- Handling part exchange purchases and subsequent resales
- Acting on sales to Housing Associations
- Supporting with new build development site set-ups, including:
- Drafting contracts, transfers, and leases
- Managing transfers of public open spaces and substation sites
- Advising on completed developments where disputes ariseWhat we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- 2+ years’ experience in plot sales, residential development, or volume conveyancing
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
