Personal Injury Lawyer – Coventry – £40,000 to £60,000 -Excellent Bonus Scheme

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join the firm’s thriving Coventry office. You’ll manage your own caseload of high-quality RTA, EL, and PL matters, working alongside some of the most talented claimant lawyers in the sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims
• Working collaboratively with senior colleagues and support staff
• Liaising with clients, witnesses, counsel, and medical experts
• Preparing and drafting key documents including instructions, schedules, and briefs
• Valuing claims and conducting settlement negotiations
• Attending hearings and client meetings as required

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 3 years’ PQE who:

• Have solid experience managing RTA, EL, and PL claims from start to finish
• Possess a proven billing record and commercial awareness
• Are confident handling high-value and complex claims
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong time management
• Are proactive, organised, and able to work independently while supporting team objectives
• Have a genuine passion for helping clients and achieving fair outcomes
