This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in property law who’s keen to move into a more commercial-focused role and broaden their experience. What’s particularly appealing about this role is how open the firm is to people coming from a Residential Property background. If you’ve got solid property experience and are looking to transition into commercial work, this is a really good chance to make that move with support and exposure to high-quality matters.
The role involves working closely with experienced Commercial Property solicitors, assisting on a wide range of matters and, as you settle in, there will be scope to manage your own caseload. Work will include:
- Assisting on commercial property transactions
- Leases, renewals and variations
- Freehold and leasehold matters
- General commercial property support
This is a hands-on role with genuine responsibility and room to grow.
Who this would suit:
- A paralegal with at least 12 months’ experience in property law
- Experience in Residential Property is very welcome
- Someone keen to move into a more commercial practice area
- Organised, proactive and confident managing matters
- Looking for progression and long-term development
Why consider this role?

- Supportive, collaborative team environment
This is a strong opportunity for a property paralegal who wants to step up, take on more responsibility, and move into a more commercial space without needing prior commercial property experience.
