Fantastic opportunity to join this boutique employment practice based with offices nationally and deal with top quality work on behalf of blue-chip clients and household brands.

Ideally, you will have gained at least 2 Years' PQE and have experience of running your own respondent matters; good quality claimant experience will also be considered.

You will be joining a team where clients are shared and there is a very supportive environment where you will be allowed to flourish and develop. The team deals with both contentious and non-contentious work and is forging a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work.

The role will be dealing with mostly respondent work, advising an impressive range of regional, national clients and international clients. You will be dealing with a wide range of employment matters, including:

  • Review of contracts and policies and procedures
  • Advising on termination of employment
  • Advising and drafting on settlement agreements
  • Providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions
  • Representation during employment tribunal cases

There will be a genuine opportunity to progress within the business and to progress into management; additionally, they are keen to allow lawyers to flourish and deal with more complex areas of law.

Salary circa £50k- £70k plus a great benefits package which includes hybrid working, pension, generous holiday allowance, flexi-time, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a commercial environment at a top-quality law firm.
