Responsibilities
- Work alongside the current Head of Department and Partner (also a Deputy District Judge) to manage the team and support her.
- Oversee the two other solicitors in the practice.
- Manage a caseload comprising private family, divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation agreements, and children matters. Caseload sourced from repeat/legacy clients; no legal aid offered.
- Contribute to business development and client service to sustain a strong succession plan to potentially become the new Head of Family.
