The Role
You'll join a collaborative and supportive team, advising a broad range of commercial clients on complex debt recovery and commercial litigation matters.
You'll gain hands‑on experience across all stages of the litigation process, including:
- Complex pre-action disputes
- Mediations and settlement negotiations
- Drafting court applications
- Managing defended claims
- Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigation
- Drafting witness statements and costs schedules
- Instructing Counsel
- Trial preparation

About You
- Are due to qualify as a Solicitor or have recently qualified
- Have completed a litigation seat and have a genuine interest in commercial litigation
- Possess strong drafting and analytical skills

- Are proactive, organised and eager to develop their career
