Are you looking to build your career within the legal sector? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Legal Secretary to join the Criminal Law department of a well-established and respected law firm based in Norwich. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone with previous legal secretarial experience who is keen to develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative team. While experience within Criminal Law is advantageous, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Junior Legal Secretary, you'll provide vital administrative and secretarial support to a busy Criminal Law team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department while delivering excellent client service.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00am β 5:00pm One-hour lunch break
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a UK law firm in a legal secretarial or legal support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
