The Role You will be responsible for: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion Handling a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold transactions Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team of property specialists Delivering excellent client care while running files efficiently and effectively About You To be considered, you will ideally have: Strong experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent) A proven ability to handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision Experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish A positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to progress your career (Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive is preferred but not essential.)
