The
Role: You will work closely with experienced solicitors and trust professionals, assisting on a broad range of matters including: Advising on and assisting with the administration of trusts and estates.
Managing or supporting probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion.
Liaising with high-net-worth clients, trustees, executors, beneficiaries and other professional advisers.
Conducting legal research and assisting with technical private client matters.
Managing client records and ensuring files remain compliant with regulatory and firm procedures.
Assisting with inheritance tax planning and wider estate planning matters.
About
You: To be considered, you will ideally be: A Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a seat in Private Client, or An experienced Private Client Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Probate Paralegal with previous experience within a Private Client department.
You will also have: A genuine passion for building a long-term career within Trusts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach.
The ability to prioritise work effectively within a busy legal environment.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from highly experienced private client specialists.
