Responsibilities
- Complex pre‑action disputes
- Mediations and settlement negotiations
- Drafting court applications
- Managing defended claims
- Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigation
- Drafting witness statements and costs schedules
- Instructing Counsel
- Trial preparation
About You
- Are due to qualify as a Solicitor or have recently qualified
- Have completed a litigation seat and have a genuine interest in commercial litigation
- Possess strong drafting and analytical skills
- Are commercially minded with excellent client care skills
