I have just met with the corporate partners at a leading practice in Edinburgh who are keen to make multiple hires at the 2-5 PQE level to meet anticipated deal-flow for this financial year. This team had a blockbuster year last year and as such is one of the very few corporate teams in Scotland with plans to hire at this level.
This is a leading, full-service corporate practice spanning big-ticket private M&A, private equity and venture capital investment mandates, restructurings and JVs. Clients range from private family offices to FTSE100 companies.
Hybrid working (2 days in the office), salaries which are amongst the highest in Scotland and an impeccable firm culture.
