QED are working with a well-regarded, Legal 500 law firm that’s looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its growing team in Milton Keynes, Bucks with 1-2 days WFH. If you’ve got experience in commercial property and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking firm, this could be the role for you.
The Role
You’ll be supporting on a wide mix of commercial property work, including:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Acting on leases for both landlords and tenants
- Rent deposits
- Share purchase agreements
- Refinancing matters
- SIPP transfers
- Agricultural property transactions
- Development sales
- Option and overage agreements
- Opening and maintaining client files in line with compliance procedures
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Handling client enquiries over the phone and by email
- Carrying out property searches and Land Registry applications
- Submitting SDLT returns and post-completion work
- General admin support where needed
The Ideal Candidate:
