The Role
- Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
- Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Deliver practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider Residential Property department.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Help strengthen existing referrer relationships while continuing to build your own profile locally.
You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
- Ideally 5 years’ Residential Property experience.
- Confident running your own caseload independently.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
- Interested in joining a respected regional firm with genuine progression opportunities.
