You will manage your own caseload of new build residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working as part of a highly regarded and well-resourced property team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a full caseload of new build purchase transactions.
  • Liaising with clients, developers, lenders, and third parties.
  • Reviewing contracts, title documents, and supporting legal documentation.
  • Handling exchanges and completions in line with developer deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the case management system.
  • Providing an exceptional level of client service throughout the transaction.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload, with strong exposure to new build transactions. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
